Sales and Refund Policy



SCOPE


This Sales and Refund Policy applies to the monthly and annual subscriptions of the Eurosoft ITSM software, offered and sold by Eurosoft Technology Software Joint Stock Company. By accepting this policy, our customers agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts and the Law on Consumer Protection.



SALES CONDITIONS


2.1. Subscription Types:

Monthly Subscription: The customer benefits from the service in exchange for a monthly recurring payment.

Annual Subscription: The customer makes an annual upfront payment to benefit from the service for one year.


2.2. Subscription Start and Renewal:

The subscription becomes active once the customer completes the payment process.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the customer. Customers are notified prior to renewal and can cancel their subscription at any time.


2.3. Pricing:

The company reserves the right to change prices. Changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. If the customer does not accept the price change, they may cancel their subscription.



REFUND CONDITIONS


3.1. Cancellation and Refund:

Monthly Subscription: If the customer cancels the monthly subscription, no refund will be made for the remaining period after cancellation. The service will continue until the end of the subscription period.

Annual Subscription: The customer has the right to cancel their annual subscription within 90 days. If the customer cancels, a proportional refund will be made based on the unused months as of the cancellation date. The subscription fee for unused months will be refunded to the main payment method within 5 business days.


3.2. Special Cases:

In cases of force majeure, such as technical issues preventing access to the service, the company may decide to issue a partial or full refund after reviewing the situation. The customer must provide documented evidence of the issue to the company.



CONSUMER AGREEMENT


4.1. Formation of the Agreement:

The subscription agreement comes into effect once the customer completes the payment process and electronically approves the agreement.


4.2. Termination of the Agreement:

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time.

The company reserves the right to terminate the subscription if the customer violates the terms of the agreement.
